Womens Craft Celebration at Pond House Cafe (West Hartford)

Connecticut Women artists and crafters will display and sell their work, at the Annual Fall Celebration of Women’s Crafts on Sunday, November 24, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will be held at the Pond House Café, located in Elizabeth Park, 1555 Asylum Avenue entrance, in West Hartford.
Stroll through an intimate setting to view and purchase a variety of artistic products. Creative renderings in photography, jewelry, textiles, pottery, sculpture, soap, glass, paintings and more will fill your holiday list.
This event is Free to the public. The craft raffle is an ever-popular event with proceeds going to the Hartford Food Share. For more information call Lori 860-491-3514
Among the varieties of artisan items presented for sale will be pottery, glass, clothing, jewelry, journals, artwork, soap, angel art, knitwear, sculpture, and more. To name a few artists attending: Linda Davidson (jewelry), Nancy Gworek (Knit + Feltware), Barbara Boutot (Fiber Artist), Lori Barker (Spiritual Art), Kelly Taylor (Mixed Media) and Kim Cannon (illustrator and author). Joining the experience this year is Kaitlyn Considine (pottery), Coleen Peck (Fiber Artist) and Karen Burke (Photography) just to name a few.
This show, with both Spring and Fall events, is now celebrating its 22nd year. The venue has become a highly anticipated showcase for browsing and purchasing a broad array of handcrafted gift items for family and friends. Set on the grounds of inspiring Elizabeth Park, the Pond House Brunch, coupled with a tour of the Artists and their work, provide for a perfect day out!
All artists will be present to meet shoppers and discuss their work. Admission is free. As has become a traditional feature of this show, a gift raffle will also be held, featuring hand-crafted items from the participating artists, with the ticket proceeds donated to Food share.
