Women in Science Day at Mystic Aquarium

Science, discovery, and hands-on learning take center stage during Women in Science Day at Mystic Aquarium on July 28, 2026, beginning at 11 am. This family-friendly event celebrates the achievements and contributions of women in science while inspiring the next generation of explorers, innovators, and problem-solvers.

Visitors will have the opportunity to meet Mystic Aquarium’s Women in Science team along with dozens of community partners who will present engaging activities, demonstrations, and interactive experiences throughout the day. From marine biology and conservation to technology and environmental research, guests can learn about a wide variety of scientific fields and the people helping shape their future.
