Van Trip: NYC – Museum of Modern Art (MoMA)

Enjoy a full-day excursion to one of the world’s premier art museums during the Mattatuck Museum’s Van Trip to the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 8:15 am to 6 pm.

Participants will travel together by van from the Mattatuck Museum to the Fairfield Black Rock Metro-North station before continuing by train into New York City. Upon arrival at the Museum of Modern Art, the group will enjoy a guided tour highlighting some of the museum’s most celebrated modern and contemporary masterpieces.

Following the tour, participants will have lunch together at the museum café before enjoying free time to revisit favorite galleries, explore additional exhibitions, or browse the museum shop before returning to Waterbury.

Pricing is $125 for Museum members, $135 for non-members, $115 for members meeting the group at the train station, and $125 for non-members meeting at the train station.
