Trees in the Rigging at Connecticut River Museum

Celebrate the holiday season during Trees in the Rigging at the Connecticut River Museum on Sunday, November 29, 2026. The museum will be open from 10 am to 5 pm.

Presented in partnership with the Essex Historical Society, this annual holiday celebration features a full day of festive activities for all ages. Highlights include Steve Cryan’s 33rd Annual Train Show on the museum’s third floor and the popular Boat Parade, showcasing decorated vessels created by local boaters. Visitors can enjoy seasonal displays and holiday traditions throughout the museum campus.
