Tomatoes 101 at Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center

Whether you’re an experienced gardener or just starting out, Tomatoes 101 offers a helpful overview of everything you need to know to grow vibrant, productive tomato plants. Held virtually via Zoom on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m., this free program will walk participants through seed selection, soil preparation, transplanting, pest and disease management, and harvesting tips for the tastiest homegrown tomatoes.
The class is presented by the Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center with support from the Eastern Connecticut Community Garden Association. Pre-registration is required to receive the Zoom access code.
