Thursdays on the Dock: The Italics at the Connecticut River Museum

Enjoy an evening of classic rock ‘n’ roll during Thursdays on the Dock featuring The Italics on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Connecticut River Museum.

A favorite summertime tradition for 17 years, Thursdays on the Dock offers free outdoor concerts on the Museum’s scenic waterfront lawn. Guests are invited to bring a lawn chair or blanket, relax by the Connecticut River, and enjoy live music while watching the sunset.

The Italics will perform a lively selection of rock ‘n’ roll inspired by The Beatles and the British Invasion. Formed in 1965 by two brothers and two friends with a shared passion for music, the band continues to entertain audiences throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island with timeless classics and energetic performances.

Admission is free. In the event of inclement weather, updates will be posted on the Connecticut River Museum’s website.
