The Summer of Love: Woodstock at 50 at Bishops Orchards Farmer Market

The Summer of Love: Woodstock at 50 Concert Tour will be held on July 14th from 11 am to 5 pm at Bishop’s Orchards Farmer Market in Guilford. This full day festival will celebrate love, peace, art, music, and environmental responsibility. There will be food, opportunities to make music, local bands, and arts and crafts!
Shoreline Arts Alliance will have a booth at the event where participants can make art from recycled vinyl records and create fun, paper beads out of recycled magazines. Graduate New Haven will be hosting a tie-dye kids t-shirt experience at their booth. At noon local bands, such as Natural Law (Madison), will play and open. The headline act starting at 3 pm features “Just Sixties”, a nationwide Woodstock Concert touring group, that highlights memorable moments and songs that were featured at Woodstock.
The event is free and open to the public and will be happening rain or shine. Sign language interpreters will be available all day!
