The South Windsor Strawberry Festival will be held on Saturday, June 15th fro 9 am to 5pm. The The South Windsor Strawberry Festival has been continuously operating for 37 years.
This is a Cash Only event! However, some craft fair participants may take other forms of payment.
9:00 am: Craft Fair
Come see the creative, elegant, talented and fun crafts and services offered by our vendors. Over 130 booths will have you awe struck for hours.
10:00 am: Strawberry Shortcake
Served by some of the finest ladies in South Windsor! Generous portions using Geissler’s biscuits and fresh strawberries. This is a long-time favorite and a staple of the festival.
1:30 to 5:00 pm: The Savage Brothers
The Savage Brothers, a Hartford-based band established in 1984, is a six piece funkin’, rockin’, and rhythm group featuring a two-piece horn section. The band has performed all over New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and as far as Cancun, Mexico. The Savage Brothers have shared the stage with acts such as Tower of Power, Joan Osborne, James Cotton, Southside Johnny, NRBQ, The Guess Who, Marshall Tucker, Jimmy Vaughn, Dickey Betts of the Allman Brothers, John Cafferty, Los Lonely Boys, and more.
