The Lumineers III: The World Tour at the Mohegan Sun and Casino

The Lumineers will perform at the Mohegan Sun and Casino on February 29th from 7 pm to 10 pm as part of their third world tour.
The Lumineers are an American folk rock band based in Denver, Colorado. The founding members are Wesley Schultz and Jeremiah Fraites. Schultz and Fraites began writing and performing together in Ramsey, New Jersey in 2005. Cellist and vocalist Neyla Pekarek joined the band in 2010, and was a member until 2018.
The band has been headlining festivals in the US and Canada, like Bonnaroo, Hangout Festival, and Osheaga, as well as playing worldwide festivals like Glastonbury, Tinderbox, Fuji Rock, and Splendour in the Grass.
The tour dates are in support of their upcoming album III, out September 13th. Mt. Joy, who recently emerged as “a fast and furious 21st century success story” Magnet, has been added as support for multiple dates.
Tickets are $129.00, $99.00, $74.00, and $49.00 and go on sale Friday, August 16th at 10:00am through Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster customers may log on to ticketmaster.com. Tickets will also be available at the Mohegan Sun Box Office beginning Saturday, August 17th at 10:00am, subject to availability.
In the fall the band will play their biggest shows ever in the UK, headlining The O2 Arena London, Manchester Arena, The SSE Hydro Glasgow and dates across Europe including 3Arena Dublin, Le Zenith Paris and Verti Music Hall Berlin. Remaining headline festival appearances this summer are Osheaga, Outside Lands, Bumbershoot and Sea.Hear.Now.
In addition to the tour dates, the band announces that the song “Leader Of The Landslide,” will be released Friday, August 2nd and a video will be available on Monday, August 5th.
