This tribute recreates The Band’s famous 1976 farewell concert, held at San Francisco’s Winterland Ballroom, which featured iconic performances by Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Eric Clapton, and more.
With a lineup of talented guest musicians, including a horn section and fiddle player Larry Packer, who performed with The Band in 1976, The THE BAND Band delivers an authentic and nostalgic concert experience. Founder Gary Solomon, who attended the original concert, shares the magic of that night with audiences, performing hits like “The Weight,” “Up on Cripple Creek,” and “The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down.”
