The Inquisitor | Indie Lens Pop-Up at Shubert Theatre

A community film screening and conversation will take place on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 6 pm at the Shubert Theatre, 247 College Street, New Haven, CT 06510. The event is part of the Indie Lens Pop-Up series, a long-running national program that brings communities together to explore important social issues through documentary film.

Presented in partnership with INDEPENDENT LENS, PBS’s award-winning documentary anthology series, the program offers audiences an opportunity to view the film The Inquisitor before its broadcast on television. The screening will be followed by a community conversation designed to encourage dialogue and reflection on the themes explored in the documentary.

Complimentary pizza will be provided for attendees, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Admission is free, though advance registration is encouraged to help organizers estimate attendance.
