The Grocery List Show | Indie Lens Pop-Up at Shubert Theatre

A community film screening and discussion takes place on May 27, 2026 at 6 pm at the Shubert Theatre, 247 College Street, New Haven, CT 06510.

Part of the Indie Lens Pop-Up series, The Grocery List Show offers audiences an opportunity to view a thought-provoking documentary before it airs nationally on PBS’s Independent Lens. Directed and produced by Emily Strong and produced by Diane M. Quon, the film is presented as part of a program designed to spark meaningful conversations within the community.

The evening includes a screening followed by a discussion, along with complimentary pizza for attendees. Seating is first come, first served.

Admission is free, though RSVP is encouraged.
