The Best of the 70s with Dizzyfish & The Legendary Uptown Horns at Ridgefield Playhouse
The Ridgefield Playhouse will present The Best of the 70s on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 7 pm. Returning after four sold-out performances, this high-energy celebration features the greatest hits of the decade performed by a powerhouse 12-piece band.
Audiences will enjoy timeless classics from Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen, The Beatles, Van Morrison, The Rolling Stones, Bob Seger, Elton John, Billy Joel, David Bowie, Chicago, John Denver, Eric Clapton, Pink Floyd, and more. The show combines DizzyFish, the legendary Uptown Horns, and world-class vocalists Eric Herbst, Angela Clemmons, and Sharon Jerry-Collins.
Eric Herbst and DizzyFish have shared stages with ZZ Top, Steve Miller, Three Dog Night, and George Thorogood, with Eric’s songwriting recorded by legends B.B. King and Johnny Cash. Angela Clemmons has performed with icons including Aretha Franklin, Elton John, and Michael Jackson, while Sharon Jerry-Collins has toured and recorded with Whitney Houston, Roberta Flack, and Bette Midler. The Uptown Horns bring their legendary pedigree, having played with everyone from Ray Charles to The Rolling Stones and on James Brown’s hit “Living in America.”
