Thanksgiving Dinner at Fire at The Ridge

Gather family and friends for a special Thanksgiving dinner at Fire at The Ridge. Enjoy an array of traditional dishes and unique offerings available for dining in or ordering to go.
Dine-In Menu Highlights
Starters include Ridgeside Clam Chowder, Apple Butternut Bisque, and salad options. Indulge at the harvest table with domestic cheeses and cured meats, or enjoy peel & eat shrimp.
Stations
House Roasted Turkey with giblet gravy and Herb Roasted Prime Rib with horseradish cream and demi-glaze. Entrees include Lobster Ravioli, vodka sauce rigatoni, gluten-free penne, seared salmon (gf), and herbed goat cheese stuffed mushrooms (v).
Children’s Buffet
Options include penne with butter sauce, meatballs with marinara, and chicken tenders with fries.
Sides
Sausage and wild mushroom stuffing, cornbread and cranberry stuffing (v), whipped Yukon potatoes (gf), candied sweet potatoes (gf), cider-glazed roasted Brussel sprouts (gf), roasted garlic haricot vert (gf), cranberry sauce, and dinner rolls.
Desserts
Pumpkin, apple, and cherry pie with vanilla ice cream, plus seasonal fruit with toppings.

Children (ages 4-12): $29.99

Dinner to Go
A complete meal for up to 12 people featuring a whole roasted turkey with sides and desserts. $349. Full payment required at the time of order, with pickup on Thanksgiving Day. Orders must be placed by November 25, 2024.
