Teen Time: Summer Loading… at Mattatuck Museum

A relaxed, creative hangout for teens takes place on May 6, 2026 from 11 am to 1 pm at the Mattatuck Museum, 144 West Main Street, Waterbury, CT 06702.

Teen Time: Summer Loading… invites teens to gather with friends for an afternoon of art-making, socializing, and summer-themed fun. Participants can create seasonal crafts, enjoy snacks, and unwind in a welcoming space designed to spark creativity and connection as the school year winds down.

Whether stopping by to make art or simply spend time with friends, the event offers a laid-back way to kick off the countdown to summer break.

Admission is $5 for teens, free for Adventure Passholders and Waterbury Public Schools students.
