Summer Camp at Scoot & Paddle

Scoot & Paddle’s Kayak and Paddleboard Summer Camp offers a week of outdoor fun and skill-building for kids and teens ages 9–14. Campers of all experience levels can enjoy expert instruction, top-quality equipment, and daily water activities set against the scenic backdrop of Long Island Sound. Sessions include kayaking, paddleboarding, guided nature exploration, and beach games, with a focus on safety and skill development. On days with less favorable weather, campers take part in alternative activities such as swimming, crafts, and learning outdoor skills like knot tying.

Weekly half-day sessions run Monday through Friday from June 16 to August 29, 2025. Morning sessions take place from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, and afternoon sessions from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Admission is $275 per child per week, and each camper is provided with a Coast Guard-approved life jacket. Campers should arrive prepared with a bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, and reusable water bottle; additional items like swim shirts, hats, and water shoes are recommended.
