Stories and Art at Yale University Art Gallery

Storytelling and visual art come together during this family-friendly program that explores folktales, myths, and stories from around the world inspired by works in the gallery’s collection. Through engaging narratives connected to select objects on view, children and adults alike are encouraged to see art in new and imaginative ways while discovering how stories shape meaning across cultures. Stories and Art takes place from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on February 1, March 1, and May 3, 2026, at the Yale University Art Gallery, 1111 Chapel Street, New Haven, CT.
