Steve Byrne at The Stress Factory Bridgeport

Comedian Steve Byrne will bring his razor-sharp wit and dynamic storytelling to The Stress Factory in Bridgeport for a three-night engagement from August 14–16, 2025. Known for his explosive energy and versatility, Byrne has carved out a distinct path in the comedy world, earning critical acclaim and a dedicated fan base nationwide.

Performances will take place at 7:30 pm on Thursday, August 14, and at 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm on both Friday, August 15 and Saturday, August 16. Byrne’s stand-up style draws from real-life experiences and his Korean-Irish American heritage, delivered with a blend of charm and biting honesty.

Byrne is widely recognized for his TBS sitcom Sullivan & Son, which he created, starred in, and wrote, with production support from Vince Vaughn and Peter Billingsley. In addition to numerous appearances on late night shows including The Tonight Show, Conan, and Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Byrne has released five stand-up specials, including Happy Hour, Champion, and The Last Late Night—the latter of which was released on Amazon Prime to glowing reviews.

He has also proven himself behind the camera, directing Always Amazing, a documentary about magician-comedian The Amazing Johnathan, and writing/directing the semi-autobiographical feature The Opening Act, starring a star-studded cast of comedy heavyweights.
