St. Edmund’s Pipes & Drums Flag Day Tattoo

June 13 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

St. Edmund's Pipes & Drums Flag Day Tattoo

St. Edmund’s Pipes & Drums Flag Day Tattoo will be held on June 13, 2021, from noon to 5pm on Enders Island. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets to Enders Island, as this normally quiet island comes to life with the music of pipers and drummers performing in the gardens, surrounded by ocean views. A Tattoo is a traditional gathering of Scottish pipes and drums. Our own St. Edmund’s Pipes and Drums will perform, using traditional Scottish Highland bagpipes and through the power and beauty of their music, provide an opportunity for people to share in an expression of joy.

Listen to the soft sounds of Susan Graham on the Irish Harp enjoy Highland dancers and check out the Scottish vendors featuring traditional food and wares and don’t leave early as we will hold a “Massed Band” where all the pipers and drummers will come together and play.

Your ticket includes food and refreshments. This annual event is for families and friends to gather together, relax and experience the music and culture of the Celts. Proceeds from tickets will support Enders Island’s ministries of spiritual renewal, recovery and sacred arts.

Individual $25, Family $40, Participating Musician $15. Call for group rates 860.536.0565

Event will be held rain or shine.
