Spring Ceremony at Charym Yoga Studio in Litchfield

Charym Yoga Studio invites you to step into the new season with intention at the Spring Ceremony: Renew & Awaken on Sunday, April 13, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Led by Jessica Ashoka-Grant, this immersive experience is designed to support your physical, mental, and spiritual renewal in a mindful and nurturing space.

The afternoon includes a deconstructed yoga and somatic movement session for the body, followed by a soul-nourishing experience with spring botanicals, seasonal Ayurveda practices, earth wisdom, and sacred mantra. All levels are welcome to attend.
