Spring Book Sale at Guilford Free Library

The Friends of the Guilford Free Library will host their annual Spring Book Sale on Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 9 am to 4 pm in the library’s Meeting Room. Shoppers can browse a wide selection of gently used books, including adult and children’s fiction and nonfiction, along with books on art, cooking, gardening, history, nature, and travel. Mass market paperbacks, DVDs, CDs, and jigsaw puzzles will also be available.
All items are in excellent condition and offered at unbeatable prices. The Ukuladies will return for a special live performance on Friday at 2 pm, adding a cheerful note to the festivities.
Proceeds from the sale support the library by funding new materials, programming for all ages, technology upgrades, and staff development. Donations of gently used books in good condition are always welcome.
Admission is free. The Guilford Free Library is located at 67 Park Street, Guilford, CT 06437, across from the Guilford Green.
