Sound Meditation Concert at The Yoga Shop of Glastonbury

Experience deep relaxation at the Sound Meditation Concert at The Yoga Shop of Glastonbury on Saturday, March 22, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. This immersive session, led by The Conduit, uses the soothing sounds of live gongs and singing bowls to create a meditative journey, allowing participants to release stress and achieve deep inner stillness.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and any additional comfort items. Water and eye coverings are also recommended. Supplemental props will be available at the studio.
