Sally Terrell Quartet at Palace Theater

Jazz vocalist Sally Terrell brings her velvety alto and expressive storytelling to the Palace Theater in Waterbury for two intimate performances on Friday, March 7, at 7 pm and 9 pm. A former English professor turned professional musician, Terrell has captivated audiences with her fresh takes on jazz standards and compelling original compositions.

Her debut album Just in Time (2019) showcased her talent for reimagining classics, while her follow-up Feel Alive (2022) captured the essence of the pandemic era with poignant originals and socially conscious themes. Backed by the Sally Terrell Quartet, her live performance promises a night of rich vocals and sophisticated jazz arrangements.
