Rock Orchestra by Candlelight at The Bushnell

A unique fusion of classical musicianship and rock energy comes to Hartford when Rock Orchestra by Candlelight performs at The Bushnell on December 5, 2026.

Following acclaimed performances across Europe and the United Kingdom, this 14-piece ensemble returns to the United States with a concert experience that reimagines some of rock and metal’s most iconic songs. Set within an atmospheric candlelit environment, the performance combines the elegance of classical instrumentation with the power and intensity of legendary rock anthems.

Audiences can expect orchestral interpretations of music made famous by bands including Metallica, AC/DC, The Rolling Stones, Rage Against the Machine, My Chemical Romance, Linkin Park, System of a Down, Guns N’ Roses, Evanescence, Papa Roach, and The Cranberries.
