Rock of the 80’s at College Street Music Hall

Relive the music of the MTV era during Rock of the 80’s at College Street Music Hall on Saturday, August 22, 2026. Doors open at 6 pm, and the concert begins at 7 pm, featuring four iconic bands from the decade on one stage.

The lineup includes China Crisis, Big Country, The Vapors, and The Icicle Works, performing many of their best-known hits. Audiences can enjoy favorites such as “Working with Fire and Steel,” “In a Big Country,” “Turning Japanese,” and “Birds Fly (Whisper to a Scream)” during a nostalgic evening celebrating the sounds of 1980s new wave, pop, and rock.

This all-ages event features reserved floor seating with a general admission standing-room-only pit, as well as reserved balcony seating.
