2022 RiverQuest Connecticut River Expeditions Cruises

Want to get out on the water in early Spring? Please join RiverQuest to search for two large birds of prey, Osprey and Bald Eagles, and lots of other wildlife that live and nest along the Connecticut River.
This leisurely 2.5 hour journey will pass by several Bald Eagle territories. Eagles will be nesting now so the search is on to find the nest.
Osprey/Eagle Cruises on RiverQuest
Saturday April 9th and 23rd at 10am – 12pm
Join us aboard RiverQuest, departing from our home berth at the Connecticut River Museum in Essex, to search for Eagles, Ospreys, and other wildlife we can find in early Spring.
Most Osprey have returned from their wintering grounds and they will either be very busy with their “nestorations” or already nesting! The cruise will get close up views of Osprey and their nests. Bring your camera!
You’ll also learn about the local wildlife we will see along with lots of other interesting stuff! Enjoy this beautiful river!
