Reindeer Goat Playdate at Lyman Orchards

The Reindeer Goat Playdate at Lyman Orchards offers a lighthearted holiday activity for families and animal lovers. Guests can enjoy a 15-minute session with Bradley Mountain Farm’s “Reindeer Goats” at the Apple Barrel Farm Market, complete with festive goat costumes, brushing, photo opportunities, and treats for each participant. This relaxed, hands-on experience provides a fun way to celebrate the season and create memorable moments.
Playdates take place December 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, and 21 from 10 am to 2 pm, and visitors may arrive anytime before 2 pm. Admission is $10 per person, payable upon arrival with no advance purchase required. Lyman Orchards is located at 32 Reeds Gap Road, Middlefield, CT.
Before or after the playdate, guests can visit the nearby Lyman Homestead for the Holiday Magic event, which features Christmas photo opportunities, festive décor, and seasonal activities. Tickets for Holiday Magic are required and sold separately.
