Author Jennifer Haigh will present her latest novel Rabbit Moon at The Mark Twain House & Museum in Hartford on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 7:00 pm. Haigh, winner of the Mark Twain American Voice in Literature Award, will appear in person to discuss her tense and emotionally rich drama set in Shanghai.
Rabbit Moon follows the story of estranged parents Claire and Aaron as they rush to their daughter Lindsey’s side after a tragic accident. As they grapple with the secrets that fractured their family, Lindsey’s sister Grace may be the only one who truly understands what happened. With psychological nuance and evocative storytelling, Haigh explores themes of familial bonds, grief, and the unseen layers of a foreign city.
