Winner of the 2024 Pulitzer Prize, Eboni Booth’s Primary Trust is a thoughtful and uplifting exploration of friendship, change, and personal growth. The story follows Kenneth, a man whose carefully structured life is disrupted when he loses his long-held job. Encouraged by his best friend Bert and shaped by a series of unexpected encounters, Kenneth begins to step beyond his comfort zone and discover new possibilities.
Blending humor, heart, and quiet introspection, the play offers a deeply human look at resilience and the transformative power of connection. As Kenneth navigates uncertainty, even the smallest interactions take on profound meaning in this gentle yet powerful narrative.
Performances run April 14 through May 2, with showtimes scheduled throughout the run, including evening performances at 7 pm and 8 pm and select matinees at 2 pm and 3 pm.
