Pre-Estate Sale Reception at Garde Arts Center

Art enthusiasts and collectors can enjoy a special first look and the opportunity to pre-purchase one-of-a-kind treasures at the Pre-Estate Sale Reception benefiting the Garde Arts Center. This unique event showcases the personal collection of Albert Glassenberg alongside rare finds from The Emporium of Mystic, featuring furniture from the 18th to 21st centuries, original art, sculptures, lamps, mirrors, rugs, and clocks.

Guests will have the chance to explore museum-quality furniture and historic pieces, original artworks by local and international artists including Paul White, Harvey Fuller, and Jean Auscher, and sculptures in a range of mediums by artists such as Steven Lundberg and Paul Zelanski. Each room promises something unique, from modern to antique and styles spanning cubism to art nouveau.

All ticket proceeds support the Garde Arts Center. The reception will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at 994 Ocean Avenue, New London, CT.
