Pokémon Day at Connecticut Science Center

Pokémon fans of all ages can enjoy a day of adventure, exploration, and interactive fun during Pokémon Day at the Connecticut Science Center on June 27, 2026. Special activities will take place from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm, combining the excitement of the Pokémon universe with hands-on science learning.

Visitors can participate in a Pokémon Scavenger Hunt throughout the Science Center, searching for hidden Pokémon and earning a special prize upon completion. Designated trading zones will provide opportunities for collectors to trade cards with fellow fans, while the Play Lab will offer expert guidance for beginners and casual players interested in learning or improving their Pokémon Trading Card Game skills.

Throughout the day, live science demonstrations will connect the remarkable abilities of Pokémon to real-world scientific principles, offering a fun and educational experience for curious minds. Pokémon GO players can also take advantage of special lure activations designed to help them discover and catch Pokémon during their visit.

Guests are encouraged to dress as their favorite Pokémon or Trainer and enjoy special meet-and-greet opportunities. From 10:30 am to 2 pm, attendees can meet a beloved Pika friend, and a legendary Pokémon guest will also make a special appearance during the event.

Pokémon Day activities are included with admission to the Connecticut Science Center.
