Playing Images at Yale University Art Gallery

The Yale University Art Gallery presents Playing Images, an engaging performance by the Haven String Quartet on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 12:30 pm. This unique event blends live music with close observation of artwork, encouraging participants to explore how sound and visual art intersect and influence perception.
Led by Jessica Sack, the Jan and Frederick Mayer Curator of Public Education, the program includes conversation, music, and a question-and-answer session with the musicians. This encore performance reprises the experience first presented on June 1 and is part of a series generously sponsored by the Martin A. Ryerson Lectureship Fund.
