Pete the Cat at The Bushnell

Young audiences can follow the colorful adventures of a groovy blue cat and his unexpected partner during Pete the Cat on Monday, November 23, 2026, with performances at 10 am and noon.

Part of the 2026–2027 Bushnell Children’s Theatre Series, this fun-filled production follows Pete and Jimmy Biddle as they set out to help Jimmy conquer his second-grade art class. Their journey brings plenty of laughter and energy while exploring creativity, confidence, friendship and the importance of having someone who believes in you.

Pete the Cat is recommended for students in pre-K through third grade. The performance takes place in the Belding Theater at The Bushnell, 166 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, Connecticut 06106, with shows at 10 am and 12 pm.
