Party for the Planet at Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo

Party for the Planet Celebration will be held at Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo Weekend of April 13-14

Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo will celebrate Earth Day 2019 with a weekend-long Party for the Planet, held from 12:00 p.m.to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 13 and Sunday, April 14. Pledges for conservation and backyard habitat creation will begin this weekend, part of the Zoo’s new yearlong effort to raise awareness and reach record numbers of local residents willing to make changes in support of the planet. The pledges will be tallied and increased for the next 12 months, and announced on Earth Day 2020, the fiftieth anniversary of the worldwide event.

Party in Honor of 49th Earth Day: Music, Eco-friendly Vendors and Demonstrations 12-3 Each Day
