Out to Art Exhibition at Yale Center for British Art

Students from Chapel Haven Schleifer Center will showcase their artistic insights in the Out to Art exhibition, opening Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 10:00 am at the Yale Center for British Art in New Haven, Connecticut.
The exhibition features a selection of works from the museum’s Prints and Drawings and Rare Books and Manuscripts collections, chosen by students enrolled in the “Out to Art” class. Each piece will be accompanied by written reflections from the students, highlighting their interpretations and connections to the art.
The Out to Art program is a collaborative effort between Chapel Haven Schleifer Center and the museum’s education department. It provides students with an opportunity to explore and discuss British artworks while gaining experience in visual literacy and art appreciation.
