Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Society’s 100th Italian Festival at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Society

Celebrate a century of tradition during the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Society’s 100th Italian Festival, taking place July 31 through August 2, 2026, at 93 Park Avenue in Enfield. The three-day festival features Italian food, live entertainment, family fun, and religious celebrations honoring the Society’s longstanding heritage in the community.

The festival is open Friday, July 31, and Saturday, August 1, from 5 pm to 11 pm, and Sunday, August 2, from 5 pm to 10 pm. Live entertainment includes Johnny Six Gun performing classic rock favorites on Friday, Deana Martin with special guest Tony Orlando on Saturday, and Brat Pack performing hits from the 1980s on Sunday. Admission is $5, and children ages 12 and under are admitted free.

Festival traditions begin with a Candlelight Procession on Thursday, July 30, at dusk. Participants will pray the Rosary while walking through the neighborhood before concluding at the chapel to formally open the Feast. Please note that carnival rides and food booths will not be open during the procession. On Sunday, August 2, at 9 am, an Outdoor Italian Mass will be celebrated by Archbishop of Hartford Christopher J. Coyne. Carnival rides and food booths will also be closed during the Mass before the festival reopens at 5 pm.
