Orton P. Camp Lecture at Mattatuck Museum

The Mattatuck Museum will present the Orton P. Camp Lecture on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from 2 pm to 3 pm. This engaging program offers visitors a guided tour through the museum’s History Gallery, highlighting the stories of the region’s first peoples, the origins of the name Mattatuck, and Waterbury’s rise as an industrial powerhouse known for brass and buttons. Guests will also have the chance to interact with objects from the collection, bringing the Brass City’s history to life.
