Orpheus and Euridice at Music Theatre of Connecticut

Ricky Ian Gordon’s Orpheus and Euridice brings a fresh and lyrical retelling of the timeless love story to the stage. This unique production merges classical art song with elements of musical theater, featuring a clarinetist performing the role of Orpheus alongside a soprano as Euridice. With lush accompaniment from strings and piano, the performance offers a deeply emotional and musically rich experience.

Presented as part of a Chamber Series collaboration between Music Theatre of Connecticut and the Norwalk Symphony Orchestra, this production blends music, dance, and theater in an intimate setting.

Performances take place at Music Theatre of CT, located at 509 Westport Ave, Norwalk, CT. Tickets are $60.
