Fairfield University will host an opening lecture and reception for An Gorta Mór: Selections from Ireland’s Great Hunger Museum on Thursday, April 10, 2025. The event begins with a lecture at 5:30 pm, followed by a reception from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. This special evening marks the opening of an important exhibition highlighting artworks and artifacts that explore the history and impact of Ireland’s Great Hunger.
