Open Arts Alliance 2026 Summerstage Season in Greenwich

A summer of student theatre and musical performance unfolds from late June through early August 2026 with Open Arts Alliance’s Summerstage season, featuring programs for elementary through high school students at venues across Greenwich, CT.
The season begins with Disney’s Aladdin KIDS, offered in two sessions from June 29 to July 10 and July 13 to July 24 for students in grades 1 through 6. Rehearsals take place at the Greenwich Arts Council, 299 Greenwich Avenue, Greenwich, CT 06830, with performances held at Round Hill Community Church. Designed for younger performers, the program introduces students to structured rehearsals and ensemble performance in a condensed musical format.
From July 27 to July 31, students in grades 1 through 6 can take part in At The Bandstand, a one-week musical revue celebrating mid-20th-century hits such as “Rockin’ Robin” and “Great Balls of Fire.” Rehearsals will be held at the Greenwich Arts Council, with a final performance at Christ Church Greenwich, 254 East Putnam Avenue, Greenwich, CT 06830.
For older students in grades 7 through 12, Chicago: Teen Edition runs from July 19 to August 1. This two-week intensive includes rehearsals on Sundays from 10 am to 1 pm and Monday through Friday from 5 pm to 8 pm at the Greenwich Arts Council. Performances will take place at the Bendheim Performing Arts Center at the Mid-Westchester Jewish Community Center, 999 Wilmot Road, Scarsdale, NY 10583. Adapted for teen performers, the production offers a full-length musical experience with expanded rehearsal time and character-driven work.
All programs are part of Open Arts Alliance’s Summerstage series, which emphasizes performance, music, and dance education in a structured and supportive environment. Registration is currently open.
