O’Niantic 5K Presented by Five Churches By The Bay at Niantic Bay Bicycles

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with the O’Niantic 5K on Saturday, March 15, 2025, in Niantic. Runners will enjoy festive perks, including Irish-themed knit mittens, a craft beer from Five Churches Brewing (for participants 21+), and fresh food to refuel, featuring Irish-inspired donuts from Flanders Donuts & Bake Shop.
Additional Challenges & Activities:
- Lucky Challenge: Complete all four O’Races and earn special bling! Options are available for virtual/in-person combinations.
- Li’l Lucky Challenge: Participate in any two St. Paddy’s-themed races to earn a finisher medal.
- HMF FitKids Run: Young runners (ages 2-11) can take part in ¼ mile, ½ mile, or mile races.
- Run for Good: Support the Gemma E. Moran United Way/Labor Food Center by bringing nonperishable food items to donate at the HMF Can Tent near Packet Pickup.
The charity beneficiary of this event is HMF’s Susie Beris, MD Youth Running Program. Donations can be made during registration or directly online.
