O&G Touch a Truck in Torrington, Connecticut

This years O&G Touch a Truck event at O&G Industries in Torrington will benefit KidsPlay Children’s Museum in Torrington, with proceeds from the $2 suggested donation for admission helping to fund a new construction exhibit.
We will also have face painting, sand art, a scavenger hunt, crane simulator, geology table and other activities for kids presented by KidsPlay. Food trucks will also be onsite including:
— Frankie’s Hot Dogs
— Kona Ice
— Bella Serra Restaurant
— Low n’ Slow BBQ
— Ice Cream Truck
In addition to our display of over 20+ pieces of equipment, we will have guest vehicles from our friends and neighbors including: Rock On Trucking, A&J Tree Service, Torrington Police Department, Torrington Fire Department, S&S Asphalt, & Travaglini Racing. There will be NO HORNS in respect for those children who are sensitive to them.

This year parking will be offsite with multiple buses provided courtesy of All Star Transportation. There will be signs indicating parking lots along with personnel. Buses will be marked with the lot number they service.

LOT A – Vista Blvd.
LOT B – Lot across from Iffland Lumber (747 S. Main St, Torrington)
LOT C – O&G Bogue Road (255 Bogue Rd, Harwinton)
LOT D – Commuter Lot next to Ron’s Automotive (near 22 Thomaston Rd, Litchfield)
Handicapped Parking Only – 900 South Main St (event location)
We do have a few rules for the safety of the children at the event – no smoking, no vaping and no pets.
