2019 Norwich Rose Arts Festival

The 2019 Norwich Rose Arts Festival will take place on June 29th from 10 am to 6 pm. The festival will be held on Chelsea Parade Park by day and Historic Downtown by night. Activities for all ages, including road races, interactive art displays and classes, free live music, contests, performing art, food and vendors.

The free event will begin with a 5K race at 8 a.m. and a parade at 10 a.m. The festival will include live music and food trucks. After 6 p.m., the festival will move to the Historic District for Downtown After Dark.
