Annual Norwich Rose Arts Festival on Chelsea Parade

The 2021 Norwich Rose Arts Festival has been cancelled. The 2022 Rose Arts Festival will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 10 am to 6 pm. The festival will be held on Chelsea Parade Park by day and Historic Downtown by night. Activities for all ages, including road races, interactive art displays and classes, free live music, contests, performing art, food and vendors.

The free event will begin with a Rose Arts 5K &10K race at 8:30 a.m. and a parade at 10 a.m. The festival will include live music and food trucks. After 6 p.m., the festival will move to the Historic District for Downtown After Dark.
Rose Arts Festival Rose Court 2022
The Rose Court will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 7 pm. A long-standing tradition of the Rose of New England’s history has been re-imagined! Today’s Rose Court is an inclusive scholarship competition open to all genders while honoring tradition by demanding that candidates exemplify community pride, community involvement, intellect, and leadership.
