Movies in the Plaza: She’s the Man

Laugh along with one of the most beloved teen comedies of the 2000s at Movies in the Plaza on Wednesday, July 22, at 8 pm in downtown New Haven. This free outdoor screening features She’s the Man, the fan-favorite comedy starring Amanda Bynes in a modern, hilarious twist on Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night.

Part of Downtown New Haven’s Movies in the Plaza series, the event invites moviegoers to gather in the cozy atmosphere of Pitkin Plaza for an evening of entertainment under the stars. Bring your lawn chairs, picnic blankets, pillows, and takeout from your favorite local restaurant and enjoy a summer movie night in the heart of the city.

Guests can also enjoy complimentary popcorn and snacks while supplies last. The event is family-friendly and leashed pets are welcome.

The screening takes place at Pitkin Plaza, located at 145 Orange Street, New Haven, CT 06510.

Admission is free and open to the public. Weather updates will be posted at 2 pm on the day of the event.
