Movies in the Plaza: National Treasure

Join fellow movie lovers for a summer evening of adventure, mystery, and outdoor fun at Movies in the Plaza on Wednesday, July 8, at 8 pm in downtown New Haven. This free community screening will feature National Treasure, the action-packed treasure-hunting favorite starring Nicolas Cage.

Part of Downtown New Haven’s popular Movies in the Plaza series, the event transforms Pitkin Plaza into an outdoor movie theater where guests can relax under the stars and enjoy a film in the heart of the city. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, pillows, and takeout from their favorite local restaurants for the ultimate movie-night experience.

Free popcorn and snacks will be available throughout the evening while supplies last. The event is also pet-friendly, so leashed dogs are welcome to join their owners for the screening.

The movie will be shown at Pitkin Plaza, located at 145 Orange Street, New Haven, CT 06510.

Admission is free and open to the public. Weather updates will be posted at 2 pm on the day of the event.
