Mother’s Day at Connecticut Trolley Museum

The Connecticut Trolley Museum will celebrate Mother’s Day by offering free admission to all mothers and grandmothers with a paid adult or child admission. Families can enjoy a memorable day together exploring the museum’s historic trolleys and exhibits.
Guests can take a ride on an authentic trolley operated by period-dressed motormen while learning about the history of each car and the museum itself. The Visitor Center features static trolley displays, historical artifacts, a short film in the theater, and a gift shop. Admission also includes entry to the adjacent Connecticut Fire Truck Museum, home to a collection of antique fire trucks and firefighting equipment.
The museum is open rain or shine, and all activities are included with general admission.
