Chef Dino, owner of Greca, returns with an all-new menu that blends rich culinary tradition with innovative twists. Participants will learn to prepare dishes like soutzoukakia (spiced meatballs), ravasaki (sweetened feta wrapped in crispy phyllo), manitaropita (mushroom and cheese pie), homemade tzatziki and pita, revithia with crispy chickpeas and hot honey yogurt, and shrimp kataifi wrapped in shredded phyllo.
