Member Perk: Quassy Tour at Quassy Amusement Park

Mattatuck Museum members are invited to an exclusive Member Perk: Quassy Tour on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, from 3 to 5 pm at Quassy Amusement Park.

This members-only experience explores the rich history of one of the nation’s oldest family-owned amusement parks. Participants will enjoy a guided walking tour highlighting Quassy’s evolution from an early 1900s lakeside picnic grove to a beloved Connecticut destination. The afternoon also includes a scenic boat ride on Lake Quassapaug, with cocktails available for purchase before the tour for those who wish to participate.
