Born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, and the son of Hall of Fame guitarist Ted Broussard of The Boogie Kings, Marc Broussard honed his musical talents in the heart of Louisiana’s vibrant music scene. He rose to national prominence with his major-label debut, Carencro, featuring the hit single “Home,” which showcased his rich southern soul style.

With a career spanning a wide range of albums and unforgettable live performances, Broussard continues to captivate audiences with his authentic blend of soul, rock, and blues. NPR describes his music as “soulful Louisiana blues” mixed with “raucous rock ‘n’ roll” that’s both unique and infectious.
