Mar Jennings — One-Man Show at Sacred Heart University Community Theatre

A powerful and deeply personal performance takes place on May 22, 2026 from 7 pm to 8:30 pm at the Sacred Heart University Community Theatre, 1420 Post Road, Fairfield, CT 06824.

Lifestyle expert, author, and television host Mar Jennings takes the stage for a one-night-only production that blends storytelling, humor, and raw honesty. In this intimate solo performance, Jennings shares his journey of resilience, reinvention, and personal growth, offering an unfiltered look at life’s challenges and the strength it takes to overcome them.

This special event also serves a greater purpose, with 100% of proceeds benefiting The Center for Family Justice, supporting survivors of domestic violence, abuse, and trauma. The evening aims to raise significant funds while fostering awareness and connection through Jennings’ story.

Following the performance, a VIP After Party will take place from 8:30 pm to 10 pm, offering guests an opportunity to continue the evening in a more social setting.
